Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Sint-Niklaas, Belgium within 2-7 days. Local pickup or delivery is an option and is encouraged. Misena ceramics currently only ships within Europe. For orders outside the EU: please contact us at misenaceramics@gmail.com

For orders within Belgium, using Bpost. Orders above 100,- euro receive free shipping within Belgium & The Netherlands. 

All other orders within BE & NL are charged with a shipping fee of 8,- euro. 

European orders are shipped with DHL or DPD depending on the country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
