The item I want is sold out, will you be making more?
I cannot guarantee that a sold-out item will come back. If you join the mailing list, you will receive email updates regarding restocks and new product updates. You can also always email me.
Email subscribers usually get early access to restocks & new product launches! Go to our website, scroll down, and enter your email into the subscribe box.
How do I care for my ceramics?
I prefer to hand wash ceramics in lukewarm water, which is more gentle than a dishwasher.
The frequent use of a dishwasher may cause discolouration over time.
Mugs, bowls, and plates are microwavable.
Are Misena ceramics food safe?
Yes! All mugs, bowls, plates, and cups are food safe, and you can drink hot/cold beverages out of them.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund with 14-days of receiving your package. Customers are responsible for insuring returns that are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. I can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio and I have inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. I am not responsible for lost/broken return packages.
I received a broken/cracked item in my order upon receiving, how should I proceed?
Every shipment is packed with extreme care, but breakages can still occur during transportation, although it is rare. If you receive a broken/cracked item, email email@example.com immediately so that I can produce a replacement for you and start a claim.
*Please provide photos of the damaged item and the box it came in (inside & outside photos)*.
When will my order be fulfilled?
I aim to fulfill your order within 3-7 business days after the order was placed.
